What this page covers

These terms cover your use of this website and any estimate you request through it. They are not the agreement for the work itself. If you go ahead with a job, the written quote we give you is the agreement, and where the two ever disagree, the quote wins.

Prices on this site are ranges, not offers

Every figure published here — per square foot, per panel, per job — is a range for typical work in this market, given so you can sanity-check what you are quoted. It is not a price offer and it does not bind either of us. Your price depends on access, grade, thickness, reinforcement, removal and disposal, and it is fixed only once it is written on your quote.

Requesting an estimate

Sending the form or calling us is a request, not a booking. It costs nothing, there is no obligation, and either of us can walk away at any point before the quote is signed. Please give us accurate details about the property and the work — a quote built on the wrong measurements helps nobody.

The technical content on this site

The thicknesses, cure times, joint spacings and permit notes published here are general guidance for residential concrete in North Texas, and we cite our sources where we use one. They are not an engineering opinion about your property. Anything structural, and anything a city inspector must sign off, is decided on site and stated on your quote.

What we do and do not take on

We pour, repair and finish residential and light commercial flatwork. We do not do foam lifting or mudjacking, house foundation repair, underpinning or piers, asphalt, pool construction, or structural frames and industrial floors. Where a job needs one of those, we say so and name the right trade instead of selling you something adjacent.

We carry insurance and will provide a certificate on request. Texas does not license concrete contractors, so you will not find a license number on this site — if another contractor shows you one for concrete work, ask what it is actually for.

Permits

A new or widened driveway in Pearland needs a driveway permit from the city, and the culvert information sheet is filed with it. For work that does not reach the street it depends on what is being built, so we ask the city on your job rather than assuming. We pull what the city requires for the work we carry out, and we tell you at the estimate which permits apply.

The text, photographs and layout on this site belong to us or are licensed to us. You are welcome to read, print and share pages. Do not copy the content to publish as your own. Do not try to break, overload or extract data from the site.

We keep this site accurate and update it when something changes, but we do not promise it is free of every error or available without interruption. Nothing on this page limits any right you have under Texas law, and nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
